Get a free second-level domain name with the ".eu.org" suffix!
PS: "eu.org" is a domain under the European Union organization. EU stands for the European Union. Paul Mockapetris created the DNS server for this domain in September-October 1996. The plan was to provide it specifically for organizations that cannot afford the cost. Therefore, it is free to register for individuals and organizations. It is currently recognized as a top-level domain by companies such as Google and Cloudflare.
🔺 Open the registration address: https://nic.eu.org/arf/, and then click the "Register" button on the page that appears.
🔺 Then you will be taken to the registration page. The information required on this registration page is very simple. Except for the "E-mail" field, which needs to be filled with your real email address, you can use an address generator website like https://www.meiguodizhi.com for the other fields.
The filling method is as follows:
Name: Full name + gender (there must be a space in between)
E-mail: Your real email address, which will be used to receive the verification link. QQ Mail and NetEase Mail have been tested and work fine.
Address (line 1): Street + city
Address (line 2): State
Phone and Fax: Phone number
"I have read and I accept the domain policy" must be checked.
"Password" is your login password; "Confirm Password" is to confirm the password. Please remember them.
After filling in, click the "Create" button.
🔺 Afterwards, you will receive an email in the email address you provided. If you haven't received it after 60 seconds, check your email's spam folder. It is actually an activation email. Follow the instructions and click the link provided in the email to activate and verify.
🔺 Click the "Validate" button.
🔺 Click the "Login" button.
🔺 Then enter your login account and password on this page.
Handle (account): The activation email "XXXXX-FREE" is your account (include "-FREE").
Password: The login password you provided during registration.
After completing, click the "Login" button to proceed to the next step.
🔺 Click the "New Domain" button.
🔺 Then enter the domain name you want to register on that page. It can be numbers or letters. Note that you must add the ".eu.org" suffix at the end. For example, I entered "pig.cn.eu.org" here.
🔺 Then open another tab in your browser and go to Cloudflare, and log in to your account.
🔺 Click "My Websites".
🔺 Click "Add Site".
🔺 Enter the domain name we need to register on the previous website in the box, and then click the "Confirm" button.
🔺 Then go back to the website where we just created the domain name. It is still the same page, at the bottom as shown in the image above. First, select "server names", and then enter the two URLs we copied from Cloudflare into Name1 and Name2. After completing, click the "Submit" button.
🔺 When "No error...Done" appears as shown in the image above, it means it was successful. Now, you just need to wait for the review period. Some reviews may be completed in less than a day, while others may take up to a month.
🔺 My domain name was reviewed and approved in less than a day. You will be notified through email for approved domain names!
🔺 When we add the approved domain name to Cloudflare, as you can see, it is displayed normally, which means it can be resolved.
🔺 There is no problem accessing it from the internet. In simple terms, the "free ride" is successful!
It should be noted that this domain name cannot be filed for record in China.
